RETURN POLICY:

We want you to feel confident shopping with us; therefore, we accept returns for an exchange with another item or store credit if you receive the product that DOES NOT MATCH the listing, such as if we sent you the wrong product. You must contact us ASAP within 3 days of receiving the product. The returns MUST be unused, in the same conditions as received, including the label, cards, box, and packaging. Returns must be received within 15 working days with tracking information. If the returned product/s are found to be damaged and not in its original received state, we may reject your return and will send it back to you. If 15 working days have passed and the return has not been received, we will return the parcel back to you and close your case. Customers are responsible for all the return shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for any return items lost in transit. Please, note that we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you chose the wrong size unless the product’s size is different from the listing size guide, etc.

REFUND POLICY:

We accept refunds if the order arrives damaged or faulty*. We will handle the return postage fees*. You must contact us ASAP with photos of the damaged/faulty item within 3 days. The returns MUST be unused and in the same conditions as received, including the label, cards, box, and packaging. After consultation with one of our team members, you must return it to us within 15 working days with tracking information. If 15 working days have passed and the return has not been received, we will return the parcel back to you and close your case. Please note that we can NOT accept a refund or store credit if the return items are lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If approved, your refund will be processed after receiving the returned product, to your original payment method, or we will contact you with the store credit. Finally, please note that we will reimburse the shipping cost to your payment method for faulty/damaged items. Damaged or Faulty items mean that they cannot be repaired or replaced.
